Establishes connection with the Muse™ EEG headset, coordinates the start of the meditation session and displays the TouchDesigner real-time visualizations.

device testing fixture

A complete testing fixture for Simtek.io’s second generation IoT product built inside a travel case for easy and safe shipment to their manufacturing facility in China.

It includes a custom built pcb for driving the mechanical functionality as well as a 3-d printed fixture to securely hold the device under test as well as custom ui for ease of use.

Functionality included current draw measurement ranging from 70 µA to 500 mA, servo motor control for vibration testing, ability to determine quality of light & passive infra-red sensor, cellular modem validation.

Use of two custom-designed, RP2040-based PCBs to monitor a growing environment for bonsai trees. Monitoring of humidity, moisture, CO2, pressure, light intensity and wavelength as well as controls for watering and managing airflow using trinamic 2209 stepper motor custom-designed vent as well as PWM fan control. Custom USB HID-specification driver to communicate with a RaspberryPi host to handle data visualization and ML environment control.
